What we do
Three engagements, not a menu of ten
Every engagement has a defined shape, a timeline, and a result you can hold us to. If what you need is not here, we will say so on the call rather than stretch to fit.
01 — Sales Strategy & Go-to-Market
Growth has stalled, or a new market is about to swallow a budget
Typically 8–14 weeks
Built on eleven years at Oracle as Sales Director for 17 European countries.
Who it is for
Founders and CEOs of companies between roughly €1M and €50M, entering a new market or watching a once-reliable growth curve flatten.
What we fix
Who you sell to, what you charge, how the offer is framed, and which channels actually deserve the budget. Most stalled growth is a positioning problem wearing a sales problem’s clothes.
How it runs
- 01 Diagnostic — pipeline, pricing, lost-deal review 2 weeks
- 02 Strategy — segments, offer, channels, targets 3–4 weeks
- 03 Rollout — with your team, not at them 4–8 weeks
What you walk away with
- A written go-to-market plan your team can execute without you in the room
- Segment and pricing decisions with the reasoning attached
- A pipeline model with honest conversion assumptions
- The first quarter’s targets, and how they will be measured
02 — Sales Team Enablement
The team is busy, the calendar is full, and the deals still are not closing
Typically 6–16 weeks
A Quota Club record, and teams built across financial services, telco, retail and the public sector.
Who it is for
Sales teams of three to thirty who work hard and convert badly — usually because the process is improvised and the hard conversations get avoided.
What we fix
Pipeline discipline, qualification, negotiation, and the specific moments where deals quietly die: the follow-up not sent, the discount given away, the decision-maker never asked for.
How it runs
- 01 Shadowing — real calls, real pipeline 1–2 weeks
- 02 Training — negotiation and qualification, on your own deals 2–4 sessions
- 03 Embedding — cadence, reviews, coaching the managers 4–12 weeks
What you walk away with
- A qualification standard the whole team applies the same way
- Negotiation training run on your live deals, not case studies
- A weekly pipeline cadence that survives after we leave
- Managers who can coach, rather than only report
03 — Partnerships & Sponsorship
You need somebody to say yes who has no obligation to
Typically 3–9 months
This is the Run Croatia engine, productised — ten years and 130+ events of securing premium sponsors for races nobody had heard of yet.
Who it is for
Organisations that need corporate partners, sponsors or channel relationships — and keep hearing polite no’s, or keep signing partners who never renew.
What we fix
How the offer is packaged, who it goes to, what it is worth, and how the relationship is renewed. The unglamorous half — reporting and follow-through — is usually where sponsorship money is actually lost.
How it runs
- 01 Asset audit — what you actually have to sell 1–2 weeks
- 02 Packaging and pricing the tiers 2–3 weeks
- 03 Outreach — with you, or on your behalf Ongoing
What you walk away with
- A partnership offer priced against what it is genuinely worth
- A qualified target list with the reasoning for each name
- The pitch, the deck and the objection handling
- A renewal process, so year two is not a fresh start
“Always think one or two steps ahead. Not five — five is fantasy. Two is the distance at which you can still see the ground.”
Also engaged for
Executive coaching, leadership development, team building, brand work and event delivery. Real capabilities, drawn on inside larger engagements — they are simply not what we lead with.
How an engagement starts
Three steps. No procurement theatre, no discovery deck.
- 01
A 30-minute call
You describe the problem. We ask the questions that usually get skipped. No charge, and no pitch — if we are not the right fit we will tell you on that call.
- 02
A written proposal
Scope, price, timeline and what success looks like, on one page. You will know exactly what you are buying before anyone signs anything.
- 03
We start
Usually within two weeks. You work with Berislav directly — not an account manager, not a junior team.
Questions people ask before the first call
- How do you charge?
- Engagements are priced as a fixed fee against a defined scope, agreed in writing before we start. Longer advisory relationships run on a monthly retainer. We do not bill by the hour, because it rewards the wrong thing.
- Do you work remotely?
- Yes. Just Go is based in Zagreb and works with clients worldwide, remote-first, across time zones. We travel for the moments that genuinely need a room — kickoffs, negotiations, team sessions.
- How long does an engagement last?
- Sales strategy work typically runs eight to fourteen weeks. Team enablement runs six to sixteen. Partnership and sponsorship development is usually three to nine months, because the sales cycle for a corporate partner is simply that long.
- Which industries do you know well?
- Financial services, retail and hospitality, telecommunications and utilities, and government and transportation. That comes from eleven years selling into those sectors at Oracle, plus a decade of corporate sponsorship work through Run Croatia.
- What languages do you work in?
- English and Croatian, both to a professional standard. Written deliverables can be produced in either.
- Who actually does the work?
- Berislav Sokač, directly. Odin Sokač leads brand and creative where an engagement calls for it. For larger programmes we bring in specialists we have worked with before, and we tell you who they are up front.
